Cancelations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once we receive your notification, you have an additional 14 days to return the items. Please note, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be offered under the following circumstances:

• Faulty Items Known at Purchase: If you were aware that the item was faulty when you bought it, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or partial refund. For certain items, a refund is only available if the item is faulty. • Self-Damaged Items: If you have damaged the item by attempting to repair it yourself or by having someone else do it, a refund will not be provided.
